做法:
01 小蜆肉洗淨(小心挑去蜆殼),瀝乾水份。
02 葱去掉鬚根,切粒;紅椒洗淨,切粒。
03 燒熱鑊下油1湯匙,下蒜茸及小蜆肉炒香,灒酒,下調味料炒片刻,最後加入葱粒及紅辣椒炒匀即成。

225g frozen baby clams (shelled)
2 red chillies
2 sprigs spring onion
1 tsp grated garlic
2 tsps Shaoxing wine

1/2 tbsp light soy sauce

Method:
01 Rinse the clams and pick out the broken shells (if any). Drain well.
02 Cut off the roots of the spring onion and dice it. Rinse the red chillies and dice them.
03 Heat a wok and add 1 tbsp of oil. Stir fry garlic and clams until fragrant. Sprinkle wine. Add seasoning and stir briefly.Lastly add spring onion and red chillies. Stir well and serve.
