急凍無骨豬扒3塊
洋葱1個(切絲)
醃料
生抽2茶匙
胡椒粉少許
紹酒1茶匙
水3湯匙

老抽2茶匙
糖1/3茶匙

做法:
01 豬扒解凍,洗淨,下醃料拌勻待2小時。
02 豬扒蘸上少量乾粟粉,放入油鑊內煎至兩面金黃色,盛起,切細塊。
03 原鑊下洋葱炒片刻,加入豬扒超勻,下調味料炒至香氣四溢。以芫茜裝飾即可。

1 onion(shredded)
Marinade
2 tsps light soy sauce
ground white pepper
1 tsp Shaoxing wine
3 tsps water

2 tsps dark soy sauce

Method:
01 Thaw the pork chops and rinse well.Add marinade and mix well.Leave them for 2 hours.
02 Coat the pork chops lightly in cornstarch.Fry in a wok with oil until both side golden.Set aside and cut into pieces.
03 In the same wok,put in the onion and stir fry briefly.Add the pork chops and stir well.Add seasoning and fry until fragrant.Garish with coriander and serve.
