1 Japanese grilled eel
225g garlic sprouts
2 slices ginger (shredded)
2 tbsps hot water
1 small packet Teriyaki sauce (it usually comes with the grilled eel)
01 Cut off both ends from the garlic sprouts. Then cut into she lengths. Rinse well.
02 Slice the eel into pieces at an angle. Set aside.
03 Heat a wok and add 1 tbsp of oil. Stir fry ginger and sprouts. Put in the eel pieces. Add 2 tbsps of hot water. the lid and cook for 2 minutes. Add seasoning and stir briefly .Serve.
