300g frozen veal
2 cloves shallot (peeled and sliced)
ground black pepper
1/2 tsp cornstarch
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tsps light soy sauce
1/3 tsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 bsp water
01 Thaw the veal and rinse well. Cut into pieces. Add marinade and stir well.
02 Heat a wok and add 1 tbsp of oil. Put in the veal to sear each side for about 1 minute. Set aside
03 In the same wok, stir fry the shallot until fragrant. Add seasoning to deglaze. Bring to the boil and put the veal back in. Stir to coat the veal in the sauce evenly. Serve.
Q:How do you make the veal more tender ?
A:Pick the ones with even marbling. Don’t fry the veal for too long.Then your veal would be tender and tasty.
