225g frozen duck tongue
I tbsp sesame paste
I tsp grated garlic
2 tsps Shaoxing wine
2 tsps dark soy sauce
1/2 cup water
01 Thaw the duck tongues. Rinse well and blanch them in boiling water briefly. Drain well.
02 Heat 1 tbsp of oil. Put in the duck tonques and garlic. Stir fry until fragrant.Sprinkle wine and add seasoning. Cook over medium heat until the
sauce thickens. Stir in sesame paste until well incorporated.Save on a serving plate Garnish with coriander. Serve.
Q:How could I spend up the thawing process?
A:You may soak the duck tongues in salted water at room temperature until soft.The Salt would speed up the thawing process.
